Major Responsibilities:

HR Operation:

  • Responsible for overall HR operations including payroll, gratuity, leave management, performance management, IMS audit, staff career development, and compliance with organization rules and procedures.
  • Generating payroll incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, allowance, arrears, and tax calculation, etc. with assistance of an Excel & ERP.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance regarding payroll and other HR operations from employees and management.
  • Maintain the Leave (Earning & Deduction) of Employees.
  • HR digitalization, Integration, and New Employees Enrolment in ERP.
  • Maintain employee files and updating of all employee-related records.
  • Process cases of promotion (departmental Promotion) and compile data of increments.
  • Responsible for IMS/HSE audit as well as implementation & compliance of IMS policies.

Administration:

  • Look after general discipline and attendance of employees.
  • Looking after health and life insurance of employee & billing matter.
  • Responsible for IMS/HSE audit as well as implementation & compliance of IMS policies. Administered surveillance operation, Emergency evacuation management, and Prepare risk assessment plan.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts, working closely with supervisor.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including welfare, employee engagement activities, and company events.
  • Manage transport activities includes operation and maintenance.
  • Manage site security and monitoring of surveillance cameras.

Major Responsibilities

  • To manage Company's Sourcing capabilities and supply chain.
  • To implement sourcing strategies.
  • To identify prospective Vendors/OEMs for meeting diversified material requirement of the Company and initiate local collaboration with the shortlisted Vendor/OEM.
  • To negotiate with the vendors.
  • To evaluate and recommend potential suppliers based on quality, price, and swift delivery.
  • To monitor vendor performance for establishing long-term business relationships with an aim to tap maximum business potential of the vendors.
  • To draft/propose customized Purchase Order/Agreement by ensuring explicit corporate w.r.t legal and financial compliance of Company's policies during its execution/closing.
  • Managing supplies relationship and resolving any issue and dispute.
  • To ensure effective use of ODOO in the procurement process.
  • To assist Department Head in executing procurement cases for various projects of Stingray Tech.
  • To manage the complete process of competitive bidding as per Company's Procurement Policy for the procurement of required items and services.
  • To represent Procurement Department in Single Offer and Spot purchase committees and other general/special purpose committees.
  • To search and identify potential new suppliers.
  • To collaborate with key persons to ensure clear communication of specifications to avoid disputes/mis-procurement.
  • Manage workflow from initiation to completion of both purchase orders and deliveries.
  • To liaise with external agencies for swift clearance of consignments from Karachi Airport/Seaport.
  • To liaise with the Finance Department in connection to activities related to the estimations for approvals and preparation of budget.

Qualification: MBA (preference will be given with Engineering background)
